Restoring a Deleted Newsletter – Smore

Please note, any newsletters that are in the "Deleted Folder" will be completely removed from your account 30 days after they were deleted.

Follow the guide below to restore a deleted newsletter:

1. Go to your Newsletter Library

You can access your Newsletter Library by clicking the "Newsletters" option on the toolbar at the top of the website.

2. Once in your "My Newsletters" library, head to the "Deleted" folder on the left-hand side

It is the third option under "My Newsletters" and "Drafts."

3. Hover your cursor over the thumbnail of the newsletter you want to restore

Click "Options."

4. Click "Restore"

Once you click on the "Restore" button, you will be presented with the existing Folders in your account. If you do not have a specific Folder you would like to restore the newsletter to, just click the default option, "My Newsletters."
