Where Is Your Newsletter Sent From?
When you send newsletters through Smore, a custom email address is generated for delivery.
The first part of the address is based on your account’s screen name. The domain uses our system domain: @users.smore.com.
We do this for two key reasons:
- To optimize the sending process so your newsletter is delivered quickly and reliably.
- To allow Smore to monitor and troubleshoot any deliverability issues more effectively.

Q. Can I send my newsletter using my personal email address?
Yes. You can send an email from your own inbox and paste in your newsletter’s share link.
⚠️ Keep in mind: If you send it this way, Smore cannot track delivery or troubleshoot issues, since it’s outside of our system.
Q. Will my recipients see who else received the newsletter when I send it through Smore?
No. Each recipient only sees their own email address. Other recipients’ information remains hidden.
